K so I promised Khal i'd update my blog daily even if it was of little substance lol!
So here goes little substance. I counted points today and I have done well... I still have 4 left which is going to be a pudding cup and some popcorn I think. I have only had 1 soda so far today. And that was really just to prevent headache. I have no more in my house so I'll prob get a headache tomorrow and be pissy lol. Part of me wanting to be healthier is to quit drinking soda. Thats something for me that is all or none. I know no motivation. I've quit several times over the years and then I always go back so its back to withdrawls for me like a crack pheen! Oh boy the fun and excitement. I also hit the gym today and ran some errands. Tomorrow I go look at the house I'm moving into. I say moving in and not probably moving in because I'm trying to be more positive and I am really excited about this. I know... I said little substance and I meant it!!!

WW or Fat...??
Okay so a little while back I deleted all my blog posts. I just didn't want to be defined by the things I had posted. Although all of the things needed to be said, I've grown a lot and don't need to hang on to them anymore.
So I've had a revelation of sorts. Thanks to a very good friend and her new diet mantra lol... Long story! I made lifetime May 2009. For those non WW (Weight Watchers) people, lifetime is when you get to your goal weight. 148lbs was my lowest weight. After making lifetime you are sort of hit with a what now type of feeling. You spend so long either gaining or losing... who has mastered the art of staying the same? Please if you find someone hollar at me! I tried to rid myself of WW. I got so sick of the numbers. Everything I look at I can give you a number value to. And that takes the enjoyment out of food. I love to cook and I love to eat. So I decided to drop WW and decided numbers would no longer rule my life. I've spent a good 8 months convincing myself of that. And guess what happened? I gained weight back. So now the question is do I want to give in and let WW rule my life, or do I want to let fat rule my life. I think I'll take the lesser of 2 evil personally. And the thing is I can't say WW doesn't work. I lost 102lbs... it works if you work it. But I'll admit it can be tiresome. Every single day counting every single thing. But back on the wagon tomorrow! Or is it off the wagon? I never understand that saying. Day one of giving in to WW ruling my life. We shall see. Day 3 is the hardest. So If I can make it to Day 4 we'll be on the money! I'm going to try to keep posting!! This is all for now tho!
